Dr. James Redmann is a highly respected and experienced general and bariatric surgeon, providing minimally invasive procedures to his patients for over 25 years. As the medical director of our aesthetic practice, he now brings a unique perspective and advanced skill set to our team.
Dr. Redmann received his medical degree from Louisiana State University, New Orleans, and completed his residency in general surgery at LSU. He is a fellow in the American College of Surgeons and in the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgeons. He has a sincere passion for helping patients achieve their weight loss goals and improve their overall health. With a focus on aesthetics, he will help you achieve your best results including further fat loss and skin tightening.
Throughout his career, Dr. Redmann has performed thousands of successful operations, ranging from complex abdominal cases to skin and soft tissue procedures. Alexandra Breland is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical background and a passion for helping individuals feel confident in their skin. Her career began in the operating room, where she developed a deep appreciation for plastic and reconstructive procedures—ultimately inspiring her path into medical aesthetics.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from LSU Health Sciences Center – New Orleans and her Master of Science in Nursing from Loyola University New Orleans. Her clinical experience spans pain management, primary care, medical weight loss, and advanced aesthetic medicine. Alexandra has specialized training in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, threads, lasers, skincare, and regenerative aesthetics—an innovative field focused on restoring and enhancing natural beauty through the body’s own healing processes.
